Plate the contents of this special tin onto your favorite serving dish so that the squid is in a single layer. Use a fork and knife to cut into the tender stuffed squids, enjoying the flavorful filling and Mediterranean sauce with each bite. Hot Smoked Atlantic Salmon   Hot smoked salmon has a rich and distinct flavor that is both savory and smoky, making it an easy flavor addition to almost any meal. For an Aasian-inspired flavor profile, use this tin in a rice bowl. Whisk together 2T soy sauce, 1T rice vinegar, 1T honey, 1t sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Set aside for the dressing. Shred 1 cup carrots, slice 1 cup cucumber and 1 avocado. Slice 2 green onions as well. Open and drain your tin and flake the salmon with a fork, discarding the liquid. In serving bowls, layer 2 cups of cooked white rice, then arrange vegetables and salmon on top. Drizzle dressing over the bowl, sprinkle with the included furikake seasoning. Serve and enjoy!  Bom Petisco Sardines in Chili Oil On the island of São Miguel, the production of Bom Petisco has a history which is over 50 years old. Every can contains a guarantee of Azorean tradition – unbeatable fish, prepared following the recipe passed through generations. To make a delicious wrap for lunch, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of a large tortilla. Open your tin of sardines, drain any excess oil, and evenly place the sardines on the tortilla. Sprinkle the included packet of croutons over the sardines for added crunch. Add fresh vegetables like lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and cucumber. Roll up the tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings. For easier handling, you can slice the wrap in half. It’s a quick and delightful, protein-packed lunch.
