How do I Join?

Click on the “Join Now” button at www.tinnedfishclub.com or visit tinnedfishclub.com/choose-your-plan. You’ll be prompted to choose a membership level and then fill out your contact, billing, and shipping information. You’ll receive an order receipt via email. If you have any questions, just send us a message!

What’s included in my club membership?

Each month, you’ll receive a carefully curated selection of three premium tins of fish from around the world. Your box also includes condiments or specialty snacks that pair perfectly with the tins, plus a card with details about each selection—where it’s from, how it’s made, and the artisans behind it. To help you enjoy your tins in new ways, we include simple, creative recipe ideas in every box. Whether you're treating yourself or gifting a fellow seafood fan, each delivery is a fun and flavorful experience from around the world.

Where do you ship?

You can currently join and ship your box to anywhere within the United States, U.S. military locations overseas (with APO/FPO addresses) and anywhere in Canada.

When do you Ship your monthly Club boxes?

Your first box ships fast—typically within 2-3 business days, sometimes even the same day! However, monthly club boxes set sail at the end of each month. Don’t let this catch you off guard! If you place your order early in the month, there will be a longer gap before your second box arrives. For example: If you order on May 1st, your first box ships right away. Your second box (June’s selection) won’t ship until the end of June, meaning a longer wait between the first and second box. After that, your future boxes will arrive at the end of each month like clockwork—nothing fishy!
This schedule ensures you never reel in the same box twice, but if you have any questions, just drop us a line!

Is Tinned Fish Club a Great Gift?

Shell yeah! Tinned Fish Club makes a unique and thoughtful gift for any seafood lover. Many of our members receive memberships as birthday, holiday, or even engagement and wedding gifts. When purchasing a Gift Membership, you can choose the start date at checkout. Your personalized gift message will be emailed to the recipient on the morning of the selected start date, and the first box will ship shortly after—typically within 2-3 business days, sometimes even the same day.

You can also download or print a free gift certificate at giftcertificate.tinnedfishclub.com to present your gift in person. Gift Memberships automatically expire at the end of the prepaid term, so there’s no need to worry about cancellations.

How do I purchase a gift?

Just visit our Gift Membership Page and select a membership plan. Gift Memberships automatically expire after the Gift Term you select. We do have many club members that renew on their own. A lot of people come back and order 3 or 6 month memberships for their loved ones year after year!

Can I choose which tins I get each month?

At this time we do not offer the ability to choose your own tins. Each club membership box is the same each month.

How do you handle food allergies?

At this time we do not have any controls or processes in place to accommodate food allergies. While most tinned fish products have only a couple of ingredients, all products may contain or may be processed in facilities that contain food items that people may be allergic to.

Can I Skip a Month?

Absolutely! Just log in to your Membership Dashboard at login.tinnedfishclub.com and navigate to the My Membership section. Click Manage, and you’ll see the option to Pause your membership until a future date of your choice.

How do I cancel my Membership?

Need to cancel? No worries—you can do that anytime, hassle-free. Just log in to your Membership Dashboard at login.tinnedfishclub.com and navigate to the My Membership section. Click Manage, and you’ll see the option to Cancel at that bottom. We’re confident the Tinned Fish Club will keep you hooked! 🎣

Shipping

How quickly do you ship the first box?

Fast as a school of sardines! Once you place your order, the first box typically ships within 2-3 business days, though sometimes it can go out the same day. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your box sets sail.

Can I change the date when my first box ships?

Yes, of course! If you are purchasing a Gift Membership, you can select the Start Date of the membership when you set up your gift.  When purchasing a Gift Membership, you can choose the start date at checkout. Your personalized gift message will be emailed to the recipient on the morning of the selected Start Date, and the first box will ship shortly after—typically within 2-3 business days, sometimes even the same day.

How much is shipping?

We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping is a flat $10 per shipment. Please review your shipping details carefully. Orders returned due to an incomplete or invalid address may be subject to a $10 reshipping fee. Due to international shipping rates and customs, shipments to Canada are a flat $25. Please note that returned shipments due to an insufficient address may be subject to a reshipping fee. Please make sure to double check your shipping address and ensure all street numbers and unit numbers are captured. You will receive a order confirmation that includes the shipping address entered. Please let us know if you need to make any changes and we would be happy to help!

How big are the boxes?

They are fairly small, 9x6x2, and weigh approximately 2lb. Due their small size, they are normally delivered by your local mail carrier. Our boxes do include branded tape that does say Tinned Fish Club.

What happens if my box is damaged?

We pack each box with care. If someone is not careful with your package and the contents are damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you at no cost.

Return Policy?

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to make things right. Payments

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal!

When will I be charged for my renewal?

Membership renewals take place on your anniversary of your order date, but please note that after the first shipment all subsequent shipments will be sent at the end of the following month.

What is your refund policy?
